Upon my first telephone call with Carolyn at CE Transport Law, I instantly felt like a weight had been lifted following a call up to a hearing with the Traffic Commissioner. Carolyn invited me to a meeting promptly after our initial call and at the meeting she left o stone unturned as to ascertain the case. After hearing of my difficult case and very limited chance if a successful outcome (grant of O License application), Carolyn and Ranya set out exactly what needed to be done in terms of evidence collection and collating and guided me throughout that process until finally we had everything required. The evidence was put together expertly into a bundle and submission which was meticulous in detail yet concise. At the hearing, Carolyn lead the questioning that made me feel assured and she helped to alleviate my nervousness and worry. The final outcome couldn’t have been better in the circumstances which was absolutely not possible without instructing CE Transport. The Traffic Commissioner herself labelled Carolyn an ‘expert transport lawyer’ in my decision letter which soeaks for itself. If anyone needs any transport legal advice, you would be hard pushed to find better than CE Transport.
