Catherine joined CE Transport Law in July 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in July 2023. With a long standing interest in transport law and having previously worked as a transport manager Catherine is able to offer clients legal and practical advice when they find themselves faced with attending a Public Inquiry or Preliminary Hearing. Catherine has now successfully represented clients in hearings in Bristol, Cambridge, Eastbourne and Golborne achieving favourable results and receiving excellent reviews. Catherine has also represented the DVSA in the Magistrates Courts and in 2024 is looking to undertake more criminal work and to obtain her higher rights of audience which will allow her to represent clients in the Crown Court.

    Great Experience

    No issues with this company from start to finish. Basically, held our hands through the whole process. Very daunting at first but with their help and professional attitude it was a pleasant although stressful experience at times. Kept well informed through the whole process.
