Andrea took on my case in march April time She handled the case with confidence and integrity she was able to to gather evidence that I couldn’t receive and constantly reminded me to stay positive throughout this hard time in my life. With the help of George, he was able to conduct a process of collecting supporting information from my peers to help with my case. Throughout the whole process Andrea made sure I was always kept in the loop with everything she always made sure my questions and enquiries were answered and knew exactly what I needed. On the day of my panel meeting my mother and I met with Andrea beforehand and went through everything about my case she was calm and collected throughout the meeting and handled the process professionally. My initial call was with Andrew who was very thorough and knowledgable, upon agreement of the next steps and fees I was then looked after by George. George was always available on the phone and replied quickly by email keeping me updated and even if he didn’t have the awnser he would always come back with the correct information. On the day the appointed barrister was very friendly and upstanding of anxiety and worry and went above and beyond. I could not fault any member of the team for their service.
