Mr Monks is extremely professional, intelligent and experienced. He understood the key points of my case very quickly and was able to identify the right strategy from the outset. His calm and confident approach made me and my whole family feel safe and reassured, and we felt that we had far less to worry about regarding the outcome. Before finding Mr Monks, we had contacted several other solicitors who had very high ratings on Trustpilot, but our actual experience of communicating with them was extremely disappointing. There was a great deal of unnecessary discussion, unclear advice and complicated charging arrangements, and by that point we were already feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Mr Monks was recommended to us by a well-known barrister who is connected to a family friend. Andrea took on my case in march April time She handled the case with confidence and integrity she was able to to gather evidence that I couldn’t receive and constantly reminded me to stay positive throughout this hard time in my life. With the help of George, he was able to conduct a process of collecting supporting information from my peers to help with my case. Throughout the whole process Andrea made sure I was always kept in the loop with everything she always made sure my questions and enquiries were answered and knew exactly what I needed. From our very first enquiry with George, right through to the pre-court meetings and the day itself, we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Andrea was absolutely brilliant throughout. Andrea took over my case mid way as it was passed down from another colleague and she quickly got up to speed, helping me focus on the key aspects and how to move forward. My initial call was with Andrew who was very thorough and knowledgable, upon agreement of the next steps and fees I was then looked after by George. George was always available on the phone and replied quickly by email keeping me updated and even if he didn’t have the awnser he would always come back with the correct information.
