Rafia Faruk joined Clough & Willis in 2021. She joins the Private Client department as paralegal and has since taken up a training contract with Clough & Willis. Rafia joins Clough & Willis from Co-op Legal Services where she worked for two and a half years. She has also worked at Slater and Gordon. Her new role will see her handle a broad caseload of private client matters including the drafting of LPAs and wills as well as estate administration. Rafia will be working closely with Nicola Finbow, Head of Private Client, as well as Rhianna Bateson and Ryan Browne who are both solicitors. On her appointment, Rafia said: “Clough and Willis is regarded as a leading firm in the North West that is known for delivering first-class levels of client service. So helpful, and patient
Rafia was really helpful and patient with my elderly father in law. She guided him through the whole process really nicely.
Rafia was also able to point us in the right direction of other work when we needed it.
The experience for us was one that was pleasant at what can be a very daunting time.
We would highly recommend Clough & Willis and would recommend Rafia.

Patient and thorough approach
We wanted to update our wills and they were drafted to exactly reflect what we wanted. There were some complicating features that were handled patiently and thoroughly. At all times we had the sort of personal and prompt attention that gave us confidence and peace of mind.
