I’ve used Tariq Phillips twice now—first when he handled the conveyancing for my commercial freehold purchase, and most recently to navigate a very messy partnership dissolution. This latest situation was tricky and personal; I was both the landlord and the business partner at the same property, dealing with a partner who had fallen behind on rent, refused to help maintain the building and who was essentially taking the liberty.
