This has been the most unprofessional organisation I have ever encountered. Their handling of arrangements following my father’s passing made an already difficult time significantly more distressing. Calls went unreturned, emails unanswered, and commitments repeatedly broken. The overall service was disorganised and deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I've used KWW solicitors a couple of times, previously buying my house, and more recently selling my flat. Enza and Anpusa acted for my flat sale, and Salv helped with the lease extension side. Overall I'm pleased with the service I received, particularly in the later stages when we got close to completion. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. It's easy to get hold of KWW over the phone too, which is always good. They were very helpful whenever I had questions and made what became quite a stressful process feel better. Enza Sole

I have had two interactions with this company over a number of years and both have been rude, arrogant and dishonest. The first was when I swore an affidavit and the solicitor was intent on pocketing the fees without producing a receipt. I eventually had to return to the premises and refuse to leave until it was handed over. The second was litigation where the solicitor broke a number of code of practice guidelines. I would never use this firm for anything and if you chose to I would ensure that you get a full breakdown and justification for every penny spent and ensure that they respect all the laws and guidelines required of their profession. You are instructing them so the buck stops with you.
