It has been a pleasure to deal with Joelle. I was selling my mums flat and has been a stressful time with so much going on, plus I'm not the most Internet savvy. With all that going on Joelle has always been so approachable helping me with forms when I just turned up and I'm very grateful to her, she listened, she was always in touch and responded.
I know a lot was going on, moving premises, end of financial year etc. she gave me the personal touch thank you Joelle, and other staff members were always polite and friendly.
