    Outstanding legal support from a team that genuinely cares

    We've been using Bhayani Law at AL Performance for both company commercial work and employment law advice, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Grace Beecher has been an absolute standout. She reviewed a dealer agreement for us that had some serious risk exposure baked into it, turned around a thorough written report incredibly quickly, and gave us the clarity we needed to make a really important business decision with confidence. The advice was sharp, practical and easy to act on, not full of legalese. What impressed me most was how available and responsive the team were throughout. Every question we came back with, no matter how detailed, was answered promptly and thoroughly. Rebecca went above and beyond, walking us through the nuances and even offering to review follow-up documentation to give us extra peace of mind. We came to Bhayani after being impressed with their earlier work on our Shareholders' Agreement, and they've continued to deliver at the same high standard. We'll absolutely be going back.

    Really good service, would use again!

    Rebecca and Grace was very with helping us for the service we required, they was always happy to discuss on teams or over the phone to make sure everything required was fully understood and explained.     Absolutely fantastic service

    Rebecca Stopford has been absolutely brilliant in helping us though a very complicated Management Buyout. She has given excellent advice using terminology that was easy to understand by all shareholders. She walked us through the whole process and without her we would not have got through it. Her legal expertise is excellent, offering realistic achievable options to navigate through the complexities of a buyout with over 40 shareholders.
