The lease on our property proved too complicated for other firms of solicitors to extend. Bishop and Sewell were recommended to us and managed to achieve the lease extension for which we are very grateful. Lease Extension & related matters

Lease Extension
Bishop & Sewell managed the lease extension process for my flat. The process itself was lengthy however the service provided was clear and helpful throughout and I'm glad that I engaged Bishop & Sewell in this matter. I would use them again and recommend to others.

Clare Groom has overseen the purchase of the freehold of our property on behalf of the five flat owners. She assisted us through the whole process with excellent communication with all parties. Professional, knowledgable, great communication
During the Section 42 lease extension process, Clare played a vital role in providing significant assistance and preventing the flat purchase from collapsing. Bishop & Sewell were contacted late in the process when tight completion deadlines. Despite this, they immediately stepped in and resolved the issues which the conveyancers were unable to deal with. Thanks to their prompt intervention and expertise, the lease has been successfully extended, and the ground rent removed.
