Disrepair
I had been trying to get something done from the housing trust after 33yrs of being a loyal tenant and finally after contacting Momil they not only got me compensation but the whole house is now being updated

A leak in time
Having reported a leak to my landlord, and the problem still unsolved.
A Veritas rep knocked on my door one day.
He was promoting a no win no fee service and suggested i fit the bill.
I thought why not.
Anyhow Veritas decided to pursue my claim and get something done about my leak.
And they did, suffice to say no more leak, remedial work to rectify damage to be initiated in the near future.

Total peace of mind
I was lucky enough to have Momil on the case and she was very professional but made me feel like an individual and not a number. Everything was explained and Momil kept me updated every step of the way. Now the work is finally being carried out
