Robert is a senior solicitor in the the Commercial team. He qualified in 2014 and specialises mainly in commercial property. Robert has particular expertise in development, including option agreements, overage deeds, site acquisitions/sales, site set up and unit sales (including off-plan), as well as development finance. He also has experience with complicated and unusual land transactions, including auction purchases and sales, agricultural and strategic land, unregistered land, and property with title or other legal issues. In addition to his property practice, Robert also has experience acting on a range of property based disputes and corporate matters.
