Statutory demand

Was recommended to Peacock and Co due to there expertise in dealing with statutory demands from a rogue trader. Most people will know that choosing the right and honest Solicitors is an Art of Luck in it's self, but for once I had struck it perfectly lucky with this firm.
I was introduced to A Mr Daniel Bolster, which was a godsend.
He was polite, professional and on the ball.
Make sure your paperwork is up to scratch and you haven't left any minute details out, because he will discover the gaps, and politely ask you to get your act together and send all relevant information, but that due diligence is a good thing, and what you require in a problem solver.
When I had to attend the offices a few times to sign paperwork, the receptionists where very helpful and welcoming.
Very good service, I shall use them again and recommend.

Excellent service

A huge thanks to Ben and Daniel at Peacock and Co who helped us through a very difficult contract dispute with a rogue contractor working at our house. They were both very approachable, supportive, friendly and sensitive to the situtaion and guided us through. They acted fast and were incredibly responsive when we asked for advice and help. The issue has now been resolved thanks to their help and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We hope to not need them again but should we ever find ourselves in that position, I wouldn't hesistate to engage them again. Thank you!

Highly professional, transparent, and responsive.

We worked with Marijana and Keely from Peacock & Co when purchasing our house. They were both helpful, understanding, and gave us confidence that they were consistently on top of all the moving parts of the process. Marijana was responsive and prompt in sharing information, and was thorough with her enquiries. We would fully recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality solicitor/conveyancer.

Excellent on both sale and purchase

Peacock and Co was recommended to me via my estate agent. I had the pleasure of working with both Aime and later Denise on my sale and purchase. I found them to be responsive, pragmatic, organised and very professional to deal with. They certainly had patience and good humour as well, particularly in the latter stages as my stress levels were rising! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
