Supportive and reliable team
I had a great experience with Peacock & Co. Shanice Ryan and Sophie Button were brilliant—really helpful, clear, and professional. The admin team was also friendly and quick to respond. First class service
Used Peacock and Co on 3 occasions now and as ever 100% satisfied with the service provided. Sophie and Shanice make a great team. It is a shame that the FTB buying our flat decided to use a licensed conveyancer based in Stoke on Trent who were a complete nightmare. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you read this employ a reputable local firm such as Peacocks and do not be tempted to try saving a few pounds using a LC- you will more than likely regret it as will lead to even more stress in was is already a fraught process.
