This is the fourth time I have used Marianna's services. The first time using Mubashara. And yet again I received the Rolls Royce of legal assistance. Everything was seamless from the get go. And despite now 4 times in I still have no idea how to buy or sell a property. It didn't matter as Marianna and Mubashara took all my worries away and sorted everything on my behalf. It would have been infinitely more stressful without them.

We bought a house in Ewell this summer through our family property company, as the new home for our supported living service. It wasn't a simple purchase: a company buyer, lender finance with a firm drawdown date, a restrictive covenant to resolve, and a lease between our own companies to put in place at the same time. Ema Jones ran the conveyancing and kept everything moving, from the source of funds checks to the covenant indemnity and the questions with the seller's solicitor. Charles Hylton-Potts advised on the finance facilities and the lease, and explained each point clearly enough that we could make decisions quickly. Both were responsive, practical and easy to work with, and they got us to completion on time. If you're buying property in Epsom, Ewell or south-west London, especially through a company or with finance, I'd recommend Peacock & Co without hesitation.
