I have been working in a professional capacity with Peacocks for over 10 years and only recently had the opportunity to use them personally for conveyancing. After a few failed transactions with buyers, Peacocks were conscious that the latest buyer had to be handled quickly and all documentation completed speedily to get to a close well within the deadlines. Peacocks did this.

I purchased a new house and sold my current home with Maria Walder and Maria Rodrigues. It had been an absolute pleasure working with both these lovely ladies, from start to finish. They both made the process easy and as stress free as possible with moving home. Anytime I didn’t understand anything, all I had to do was call and they helped me straight away. Documents were easy to understand and print. The guidance was excellent. I truly cannot praise and thank them enough. If I were to ever move again. Which I’m hoping I won’t.
