I have been working in a professional capacity with Peacocks for over 10 years and only recently had the opportunity to use them personally for conveyancing. Charles Hylton-Potts was introduced to us via the Wimbledon office of Peacocks. We were helping out a friend to purchase a property and wanted the matter to be legally documented. Charles was incredibly approachable, helpful and very efficient. This is not something we had done before and Charles immediately understood the whys and wherefores of what we wanted to achieve by having the agreement documented. He explained what was normal and what was not in the dealings with the other legal representative and for want of a better term 'he spoke our language'! I would have no hesitation in recommending him. We have had excellent previous service from various members of the Peacocks' team over the last 2/3 years and our most recent interaction with Charles has cemented that relationship and confirmed that they are the right firm for us, despite us not being local to their offices.
