commercial premises dispute
Mr Ben Pearson represented me in a commercial premises dispute and was outstanding throughout. It was an urgent case from my side and Mr Pearson recognised that and treated it the same. I could not of asked for more from Mr Pearson and Peacock & Co.

Excellent service
A huge thanks to Ben and Daniel at Peacock and Co who helped us through a very difficult contract dispute with a rogue contractor working at our house. They were both very approachable, supportive, friendly and sensitive to the situtaion and guided us through. They acted fast and were incredibly responsive when we asked for advice and help. The issue has now been resolved thanks to their help and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We hope to not need them again but should we ever find ourselves in that position, I wouldn't hesistate to engage them again. Thank you!

Ben Pearson managed a fairly complicated family matter for me last year, covering a wide range of disputes from property to financial transactions. His advice was at all times well measured, prompt and ultimately led to the desired outcome despite being thrown several curveballs along the way and having to deal with some novel issues due to the pandemic. Very reasonable on pricing too. I never felt the need to ask for a detailed cost breakdown as it was very clear that a lot of tangible work was being done in the hours billed. Definitely will be my first port of call in the future should I need anything else. Thanks again
