Peacocks represented us across 3 separate but interlinked transactions (1 sale and 2 purchases) and helped us navigate through quite extensive due diligence as our primary purchase lacked paperwork and back up documentation. They also helped us extensively with our long leasehold flat purchase with the necessary additional enquiries needed of the managing agents. Peacocks also ran our sale of our Chiswick House in London. In short, all their skills were needed to bring our 3 transactions together successfully in the same day and same hour! We were truly impressed with their help and support and would thoroughly recommend their services. In fact we needed to use an alternative legal practice due to a conflict with our sale and choose Peacocks. We intend to stay and work with Peacocks in the future for other property advice and also to use them for other legal services relating to tax and inheritance.

Highly recommend for conveyancing
Peacock and Co was recommended to us via our estate agent. Ema was great to work with on this purchase which turned out to be more complex than we thought. We found Ema, and Gill, very professional to work with and kept us fully aware on the process throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Seamless leasehold purchase process
We were purchasing our first leasehold property and used Peacock & Co to provide conveyancing services. Ema and Amber were very professional and supportive with us, no matter how big or small our queries were, they were able to provide us with clear detail, guidance and an explanation when needed.

Reliable and thorough

On Time and Faster than expected

The Personal Touch
The family home had to be sold as part of a divorce settlement, we also decided to use Peacocks for the conveyancing of our individual purchases. This turn out to be a good move as we were able to achieve a completion date for both sale of the family home and purchases of two new homes. Ema and Amber were always approachable and good work achieved all round.

Excellent & responsive conveyancers
This is the fourth property transaction I've been involved with, and the first one where I would happily recommend the conveyancers we used.
Ema and Amber at Peacock & Co were easy to get hold of and responded to any queries they had in a timely fashion. They were always clear on what they could advise us on, the different approaches that could be taken and associated risks, and what they would do in our shoes where appropriate. They were also happy to explain, re-explain and confirm our understanding where legal terms were not clear to us.
I would recommend them highly and will be using them again when we next have a property to buy or sell.

Outstanding legal support and client service
I highly recommend Peacock and the Conveyancing services provided by Kim, who did a fantastic job pulling together a complex pack at great speed, liaising with a less responsive legal advisor on the buyer side. This in turn helped ensure speedy transaction. I particularly appreciate the clarity of communication and honesty - even if it was not always what I wanted to hear!
