unbelievable result
Going back to july 2023 last year when i first contacted Oliver Pinnack-Cook regarding my totting up of speeding fine points. He was consistance with our communication all the way through and always stressed it was not only him working on the case and that he had a team behind him also, we exchanged so mant emails and telephone calls. He even vetted my four references for the court and he alway stressed that this was not going to be easy. On the day of the court hearing I met Steve ''the magician" who representing me in court. Put me at ease and went through the proceedure with me, also telling me we had a 50/50 chance of success. His court manner and timing was unbelievable. I was given another chance to drive without a 6 month ban - Thankyou to everbody

Speeding Offence
So glad to have a solicitor in court with me that specialises in speeding offences. It pays to have someone who knows about the law.
First class service, friendly and knowledgeable.

Helped me to avoid a driving ban
Due to a change in local by-laws, the speeding limit in Central London decreased to 20mph from 30mph in May 2023. I fell foul of this change four times in three days, incurring four fines and 12 penalty points, before I received my first fine letter. This meant I could not learn from my experience and modify my driving speed until I had received all four speeding fines. Forrest Williams Legal helped me to rescind one of the speeding offences, which reduced my penalty points to nine, avoided the need for a court case, and meant I could continue to drive my car without the interruption of a six-month ban.

Friendly, supportive and knowledgeable
In what were very difficult and upsetting circumstances for my family, Forrest Williams were supportive right from the outset. The first reply I received in response to my initial enquiry was warm and friendly, and this meant a lot, having never dealt with solicitors before. Oliver was our assigned lawyer, and we are so grateful to him for his support. He was responsive, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and non-judgmental in all of his interactions with us. He made it clear that we could call on him at any time, and he took time and care in dealing with our case. He communicated well, including letting us know of any periods when he might be away. I also never felt any pressure that I would be charged for every interaction - it felt like good value for money. He ultimately secured the outcome we were hoping for, and we will be eternally thankful to him for that.

Dealing with Forrest Williams in general, and my Solicitor specifically, has made a very difficult situation far more bearable. He was there at every step to advise me and answer every question I had. He returned calls as soon as possible and was always professional and courteous. I am very gratefull for his help!
