Forrest Williams Legal Ltd were outstanding from first point of contact to liasing with Oliver via email ( I am based in Scotland). Oliver guided me every step of the way ensuring I was kept updated right up to my hearing date. His colleague, Estelle met me at court and managed to secure a successful outcome. They made a very difficult time for my family and I a lot easier. I would thoroughly recommend this company for their professionalism, communication and representation.

Review of experience with Forrest Williams

I went with Forrest Williams as I liked the detail on their website and my initial conversation was comforting, I was then provided expert advice when i arrived for a police interview. I am not sure what went on behind the scenes but I received No further Action from the Police. i must thank Forrest Williams for all their hard work that went into my case and it was money well spent in my experience.

Excellent Service

I was really impressed with the professionalism of every person I spoke with. Oliver in particular was responsive, empathetic, knowledgeable, came across experienced and put me at ease. He was the first person I spoke to when contacting the firm and immediately felt confident and at ease instructing them. Every person that handled my case, from the assistants up to the barrister were great. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Very Disappointed

Lucy was helpful in the build up to my case, but Steve Williams didn't turn up to defend me on the day, yet I was advised on the 12th November he would be, only for it to be changed on 29th November at 15.27pm at the last minute on the Friday before my case, yet I was paying for his experience. As it turned out I was left high and dry with a junior legal person (nice lady though) who had to be corrected by the court as she was unaware of how the court room worked, a real waste of time and money which is a shame, because I had high hopes for this company to help me with my case, after reading all the reviews, hence I chose to work with them, but it all turned out to be fruitless and I feel I the £1,800 was a massive waste of money, therefore I have to question the validity of these reviews, please be very careful as my experience was very different

I cannot thank Katie and her team enough, I have never needed a solicitor in my life. So by reading the reviews online I decided to choose this law firm. My experience was amazing, from my first phone call to my last phone call. In life I believe you get what you pay for and in this case I was right. The communication was outstanding and I was always told what was happening with my case even out of hours. If I ever needed help again I would never use anyone else. Thank you for getting me the justice I deserved. You guys have given me my life back and I am totally grateful.

I managed to Tot Up 18points on my licence so contacted Forrest Williams. From the outset they were great kept me informed and did everything expected.
I managed to keep my licence and got the points down to 14 which was most unexpected.
Well worth the money.

Lucy was excellent , supported me through the process, was honest about potential outcomes, however helped putting together the correct defence.
Viewed many other companies before Forrest Williams all with exorbitant costs and over exaggerated claims of being able to win.
Forrest Williams are what I would say the peoples choice and a great value for money led by honest values In helping people.

Efficient and affordable

The team including the partner were very efficient from day one and the communication was very professional.
I just didn't like the the barrister was able to see my case the night before but she did a good job. I left with a fine an points but it only shows how broken is our system.
I recommend Forrest Williams for this kind of unpleasant motoring incidents.

Wow, I can not thank the team at Forrest Williams enough, especially Tom Brett.

I was falsely accused of a crime and Tom and his team worked extensively to prove my innocence, in which they did. What a great team to have in your corner, I owe them everything.

About this branch

Description

We started Forrest Williams in 2009 because we wanted to be different. We took a positive decision not to be limited by the service Legal Aid allows, where the government decide how much work on a case and how much support is appropriate. We understand that every case and every client are different – some people are very able to cope and will be happy to trust their case to us with minimal involvement, while others will require a tremendous amount of support and involvement that Legal Aid simply cannot provide. We are a niche practice, we only deal in areas of law that we are passionate about and where we are able to offer an expert service. We have no desire to become a large, high volume practice. We want to be able to offer all of our clients a personal bespoke service. Our clients are different too, they are not repeat offenders or career criminals. Unlike other criminal practices we do not seek to attract those sort of clients. Our clients have normally never been in trouble before, they are unfamiliar with the legal process and do not want to instruct a large practice where they will just be another number. Our clients value the personal service, and hold us to high standards that we are proud to meet and exceed.
