She was accused of stalking and then the police turned the accusation into a harassment investigation. Tom was so kind and helped us prepare a written representation for the CPS. After 5 months the police dropped the case. Tom's advice was invaluable in helping to convey all the facts to the police.

I was pleased with lawyers Steve Williams & Nick Devine who represented me, and did a good job. The Paralegal Tom Brett was my lifeline throughout the case, he passionately kept me up to date and worked to resolve every query I had. When I was unhappy with something in particular, he listened and really went the extra mile to resolve my issue, which gave me the confidence that I was in safe hands with him and FW. What I appreciated about working with FW is that because I had a fixed price deal I didn’t have to worry about calling or emailing them and being charged for every little thing. We agreed a price, I paid it, and I got what I paid for. They always responded to emails, they always called back, they were as helpful as they could be and they challenged my thinking and my concerns when they needed to. I also appreciated that they spread payments out rather than asking for everything up front, and they asked me if I was Ok with their payment proposals throughout. I felt in safe hands, and although I hope I don’t have to ever need to work with them again, I would recommend their services.
