I have to say, I was panicked when I got charged. However, during our first meeting, it didn't take long for the allocated case worker to calm me down with her professional skills and considerable service. Obviously, they had gained lots of experience from similar cases. I am not judging, but compared to others, they were more assured about the possible outcomes for my case, as well as every procedure I would experience next. Especially for internet-related crimes, she cited many examples they had solved before to support her points, which was hard to explain when I negotiated with other law firms. On the other hand, even knowing about my criminal charge, they showed a gentle and tender attitude and always offered me timely support. At that moment, I knew they were on my side, and would protect my legal rights as much as they could. After the situation got unexpectedly exacerbated, the case worker immediately contacted her supervising solicitor, a barrister. They managed to get my bail approved on the very next day, or I would have had to suffer in custody. There must have been some backup plans in case something went wrong. Their professionalism just never failed to impress me. This also bought us time for our preparation of mitigation documents. Thanks to their time and effort, the sentence turned out to be suspended and halved.

When I realised I was in danger of losing my licence I was very anxious. Looked online for a solicitors and Forrest Williams Ltd came up.
