When allegations of a very serious nature were made against me, l contacted Forest Williams, I found that the team were non judgmental and were very kind and caring with their approach when having to ask very sensitive questions, their approach was very proffesional and over the course of six months kept me informed of all things regarding the investigation , they made representations on my behalf to the police which resulted in the polce taking no further action my wife and I cannot thank

Possibly Driving Ban from points totted up
Exceptional and professional services from start to finish, from my first call they made me feel that I had a good and strong case to proceed, as you can imagine the stress and anxiety that you feel at the outcome of loosing your licence and not being able to work is not something that you ever want to go through again, all staff at Forrest and Williams were professional and made me feel relaxed about the whole process, thank you guys it was much appreciated, great job and keep up the good work, Scott

Outstanding
To say Forrest Williams changed our lives would be an understatement. From the very beginning of our 3 year relationship with them, every member of the team continuously exceeded all our expectations.
Their barristers perfectly model the fantastic ethics of the company. Through Katie and Forrest Williams, we had one of the best barristers in the country represent us. Her morals matched ours (and Forrest Williams’) perfectly, which no doubt led to the positive outcomes of our case.
Every member of the team has kindness and empathy in abundance and it is clear they have been hand-picked for their fit within the business. Their sensitive approach is wonderfully complemented by their vast knowledge of the legal sector, and their quick thinking and action were invaluable in our case.
During the worst time in our lives, Katie in particular was there on all levels, backing us, fighting for us and providing support at all hours. I have no doubt we will remain friends forever.
There really are not enough words to describe Forrest Williams’ values, nor the way they repeatedly went above and beyond for us in all manner of ways.

Understanding and Empathy: ASD
I cannot ever say that one looks forward to a court hearing, especially one where there is a possibility of a custodial sentence; however, we were put at relative ease by the friendly and supportive approach of Max’s counsels; consequently, we felt confident and in safe hands. They were both knowledgeable and efficient in executing their duties when preparing for court and in representing Max during session. Chris Curtis was absolutely charming and added a special warmth to the proceedings…… When in touch with the office and usually speaking to or emailing Oliver, I have been treated with such kindness and patience. Information has always been communicated as required. Many thanks to you all for your understanding of ASD, so often missing when most needed. Thank you also for putting me in touch with Dr Ruthenberg who has been superb! Ultimately, and in conjunction with Forrest William’s amazing legal counsel, Max received a relatively small fine and a small extension to his probation order, so that he can complete his Horizon course. Excellent and happy result! I hope we can build on this moving forward and that Surrey police and Redhill probation alike, learn to reduce their current ignorances on the subject because they surely cannot still claim that Max’s responses to their confrontational approaches are neurotypical?

Outstanding Solicitors.
My son was arrested and charged with serious offence, he refuted the allegations. He was initially represented by a Legal Aid Caseworker appointed whilst in custody.
The Legal Aid Solicitors quickly proved to be unhelpful, unprofessional and difficult to deal with.
They ignored repeated phone calls, failed to update my son and the family’s point of contact on case progression. Senior Partners within the firm also failed to respond to phone calls and emails.
Knowing that my son was not receiving adequate legal advice/representation we decided to appoint a private solicitor.
Thankfully, we found Katie, Steve and the team at Forrest Williams Legal Ltd. Katie and her team are professional, dedicated and totally client focused.
Katie advised us and appointed an eminent KC to represent my son at trial. Katie, Steve and the team worked tirelessly and at times exclusively on my son’s case - Katie’s communication was exemplary, she kept us fully informed and updated at all times.

I get very anxious with some issues in life but the meeting I had at the company offices helped to reduce my fears and help to quell my anxiety somewhat.

Outstanding
At extremely short notice, Forrest Williams jumped into action , They was open honest as to possible outcome of the trail , assigned my self legal representation , all documentation that I would not been aware of was taken care of. During the trail , my defence team was outstanding and help show the court Clarity and balance. To be able to do this all in a matter of days was very impressive.
