    I couldn't recommend Kieran more!

    Kieran and Evangeline were a fantastic help in our sale and purchase from start to finish. Our first transaction didn't go to plan and they guided us through every step with all the help we needed. I was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — everything was explained clearly, and I was kept updated at every stage. Their attention to detail and dedication gave me real confidence that everything was being handled properly. I would highly recommend this team.

    Buying a property

    I recently used Vincent’s when we bought our house, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Evangeline and Kieran were incredible from start to finish. Evangeline was always so quick to respond and kept on top of everything for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to chat things through whenever we needed an update. She was so polite and welcoming every time we came into the office, which really put us at ease. Both Evangeline and Kieran took the time to explain each stage of the process and answer any questions we had. It gave us so much reassurance knowing exactly where things were up to. The whole purchase felt completely stress-free, and we always felt they were acting in our best interests. There was one day when Kieran wasn’t in the office and we popped in to collect some paperwork. Another solicitor, Sammy, kindly spent time explaining a few things to us, which we really appreciated. It showed just how well the whole team works together. We genuinely can’t thank Vincent’s enough. After speaking to friends, we’re convinced that if we’d used a different solicitor, the process would have taken much longer. Evangeline was on the ball constantly, and without her chasing things up, we think it would’ve dragged on far more.
