We instructed Bhayani Law to support on an employee exit, including the drafting and completion of a settlement agreement. As an existing Watertight customer, the transition from our HR advisor to the employment law team was seamless. There was a strong understanding of our business context from the outset, which enabled a joined-up and efficient approach. Louise provided support across both the advisory and drafting elements of the process. The agreement documentation was prepared clearly and in a timely manner, and she ensured we were kept informed throughout, including outlining requirements, responsibilities and next steps at each stage. Employee exits can often be a sensitive and complex process. Louise handled the matter in a measured and professional way, helping to keep things clear, structured and progressing as expected. Communication was consistent and professional. Queries were addressed promptly and with clarity, enabling us to progress the matter with confidence and without unnecessary delay. Overall, the process was well-managed, structured and handled efficiently. We would highly recommend them.
