    I was provided with an excellent highly professional, efficient and knowledgeable service from Julia when having to sell my beloved Mums home to pay for care home fees.     Excellent Service - Agent & Solicitor working together for our clients

    As an estate agent, we are working with a range of solicitors on a day to day basis and in this particular transaction it was pretty fraught from start to exchange of contracts. Julia and her team have both been communicative and also pro-active all the way through. Some transactions go through smoothly with little need for additional input - this transaction was the opposite both with careful nurturing and expertise Julia and her team were able to provide our mutual clients with the successful conclusion that they required.     Worked with them in a professional capacity on a property sale and could not be more impressed! I found them not only easy to work with but also very knowledgeable and fast to respond, which we all is a rare gift when dealing with properties.
