Bryony joined Taylor Emmet in May 2017, having previously worked at a Sheffield law firm where she dealt with property matters in the sale and purchase and leases of dental practices and in other healthcare transactions. Bryony is based in the Sheffield office and deals with the sale and purchase of commercial properties, leases and ancillary documents, re-financing, corporate support and rural transactions. Having completed a French Studies degree at the University of Birmingham, Bryony then went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Law at De Montfort University, Leicester and returned home to Sheffield to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. Bryony trained at a Sheffield law firm where she qualified in 2008 but has had a break since then to have two children and also some time working at the University of Sheffield dealing with research contracts. Outside of work, Bryony enjoys running – particularly her favourite course, the Sheffield Half Marathon, swimming and rowing and also attempts baking and gardening.
