We have had a fantastic service from Katie and Tracy at Taylor Emmet. We brought by and sold our property via Taylor Emmet and I have to say they went above and beyond to get the sale though. 100 percent I would recommend Taylor Emmet Solicitors!

We first used the conveyancing department of Taylor Emmet over 20 years ago when buying our property, and were then introduced to Chaanah Patton for making our wills. Ten years later she advised us in matters relating to trusts and powers of Attorney, and most recently for the updating of our Lasting Powers of Attorney. We have always found her friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and utterly professional and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

My conveyancing for a Transfer of Equity was handled by Anna Mack and James Wong in the Residential Conveyancing team for Taylor Emmet Sheffield. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This ended up being a drawn out and convoluted process (through zero fault of Taylor Emmet or Anna and James) and they both handled it perfectly, which meant significantly less stress for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing responsive, considerate, and detail-oriented solicitors for any conveyancing needs. I also received excellent advice and assistance from Lucy Rodgers in Family Law, which greatly helped me in this process. Thank you all again.

1. All documents presented to me had my name spelt incorrectly. Instead of running off correct copies I was asked to amend every mistake and initial the alterations. 2. After leaving the office I was called and asked to go back to sign another document which they had forgotten.

Used for the purchase of our new house which is now fully complete. We felt the solicitors assigned to our case were unprofessional and we constantly had to chase up items as well as highlighting items that we thought would be up to the solicitors to flag. We raised our frustrations multiple times and this seemed to be the only time we got anywhere. The only saving grace was at completion when the original solicitor was on leave so Ellena Brown was assigned to finish up for us on completion which was the only time we felt that our case was handled properly.
