Chaanah Patton is a partner in our wills and probate department. She has also lectured in private client issues as part of the University of Sheffield’s legal practice course. Chaanah is married with two children and lives in the Hope Valley. She is a keen runner and a member of Hallamshire Harriers Athletic Club and Dark Peak Fell Runners.

Excellent service

We first used the conveyancing department of Taylor Emmet over 20 years ago when buying our property, and were then introduced to Chaanah Patton for making our wills. Ten years later she advised us in matters relating to trusts and powers of Attorney, and most recently for the updating of our Lasting Powers of Attorney. We have always found her friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and utterly professional and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
