Kelly joined the firm in 2021 after graduating with an Honours Degree in History in 2020. Her interest in law was sparked during a work experience placement at Calthrops in 2014, while she was a student at Spalding High School. It was during this time that Kelly discovered her passion for the Private Client area of law. Currently a Trainee Solicitor, Kelly is studying at Nottingham Law School while gaining hands-on experience in practice. Having successfully supported solicitors and partners in the Private Client department; she has now begun managing her own caseload. Her work primarily focuses on Court of Protection matters (including Deputyship Orders), estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Wills. She is also experienced in handling the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney when required. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys sport, musical theatre, and travelling abroad whenever possible. She has also become an enthusiastic gardener and enjoys growing a variety of fruits and vegetables at home.
