From entering the building, there was a warm and friendly approach from reception who went through costing and who we would be meeting as our Solicitor.
Followed up by getting our Solicitor and introducing her, We then got a full explanation of procedures and timescale then leaving us to decide if we wanted to proceed.

We made an appointment at Calthrops after our Solicitors told us how much they were going to to charge us. Calthrops were half the cost! we dealt with Julia Cole who was professional and a very nice person to deal with. We would certainly recommend them.

We had mirror Wills drawn up and the whole process was quick and easy. Everyone at the office was polite and friendly, and the appointments were started at the agreed times. At the meetings questions were dealt with in a precise but detailed manner.
Cant think of any way the process could be improved.

The decision to make a Will is not easy. My husband and I approached Calthrops to help us with this (being a local firm) and were so glad we chose them. The process was made easy and Julia made us feel relaxed and confident with her patience, understanding and professional knowledge. we needn't have been so worried. Time was given so we didn't feel hurried into making any decisions. The cost was reasonable too.
