I was quite apprehensive initially as I had never had a Will and didn't know what to expect. We bought a new build property in December 2023 and Somara Donger was our solicitor. Despite my partner and I having a help to buy ISA and a life time ISA, Somara was able to meet our target date of completion in just 6 weeks. Somara was very approachable and able to talk us through step by step on what we needed to do. She was also brilliant at giving us regular updates on how our purchase was progressing. We didn't have to chase anything up as Somara was so proactive and responded to our emails the same day. Somara also provided a reasonable quote, which did not change when we completed.
