Kirsten has worked in the legal profession for over 10 years, working previously for a local firm of Solicitors in Dunfermline, before joining Morgans in 2016. She qualified as a Residential Paralegal from the University of Strathclyde in 2017 and qualified as a Grade 1 Accredited Paralegal under the Law Society of Scotland Registered Paralegal Scheme in 2018. Kirsten works in our Dunfermline office in our Conveyancing department and can assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

    House sale

    Morgan’s are a complete package, they handled our house sale and purchase of our new property. The sales department are excellent. The way our home was presented to the market was very professional. The media, photos and videos were fantastic. Kirsten handled the legal aspect of the sale and purchase. She kept us informed and ensured the whole process was relatively painless. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Excellent service - Totally recommend

    The service I received from Kirsten and the sales team during my house move was fantastic right from the get go. So much so that my son is now using them for his first purchase.     I recently used Kirsten Philp for the transfer of title of my flat and I was very pleased with the service she provided. She handled everything professionally and efficiently. I also worked with Brian Tait, who prepared a Minute of Agreement for me. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was properly explained and carefully drafted.
