From start to finish Morgans have been top class. From the valuer, the sales team to Kirsten in Conveyancing.
Now dealing with Sam in the winding up of our mums estate which is a difficult time for us as a family however Sam is very compassionate and nothing is too much when asking questions.
Morgans as a whole have been great and would highly recommend all departments.

I had a legal/real estate matter that had to be sorted recently, and was referred to Morgan's in Dunfermline by a financial advisor. I reached out to them and heard back very quickly from one of their attorney's, Stephen Dickson...service was very efficient and reasonably priced as well. Highly reccomend them!

I'm delighted with my experience of selling through Morgans in Kinross. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Steven McHardy as estate agent was highly knowledgeable and personable.
Stephen Dickson's expertise as a solicitor is impressive and I was confident I was in good hands.
The office staff were lovely to deal with always a ray of Sunshine.
My predicament was actually not ideal, but Morgans really took the stress off me and handled things brilliantly. Stephen took the initiative and sorted out some things above and beyond what I had expected so I was very happy with that.
This will be the fourth time I've sold a house and is by far the best experience yet.
Exchange went according to plan and on time and funds were through like lightning.
I also have to say I was well pleased with their fees which I thought were very reasonable.
I am very very happy indeed.

Morgans had previously been our solicitors for our will and powers of attorney, so when we decided to move home, we instructed them again to carry out the conveyancing work. Overall, the service was excellent. Kimberley Beatson was our main point of contact and she was brilliant - professional, approachable, and kept us regularly update throughout the process. She always came back to any queries in a timely manner and was very friendly. Some of the property sales team seemed a bit pushy at the beginning regarding getting our own house on the market once the offer was accepted. As busy a firm as they are, it came across negatively and did not help an already stressful process. Other than that right at the beginning, the people we dealt with were generally very good and clearly know what they are doing.
