I approached Morgans at a difficult time during my divorce when I found myself needing to change lawyers. After an initial meeting Brian Tait offered to take my case on for me. When Brian took over my case it was moving slowly through the court process but we were pretty much stuck at a stalemate. Brian managed to get things moving again and was always very honest with me, even if it was the kind of news I didn’t want to hear. Thankfully the good news outweighed the bad and Brian made steady progress towards reaching a settlement which suited both parties. As part of the divorce settlement Morgans marketed and sold my previous marital home. Elaine Kyle and Kimberley Beatson were the two main people who dealt with this for me. They were both a pleasure to deal with and made the whole sale process as easy and quick as it could be. Eventually the house was sold and the divorce completed.
