Delayed dealing with a very urgent enquiry for a week because of holidays, poor strategy presented in court (and were admonished for it by the judge), dragged a case out far far too long. Seemed nervous and seemed like they didn’t grasp the case well enough in court. Waste of my resources and time using them.
It was a simple winding up of my Dad's estate, which didn't amount to much money at all. They took ages and charged 5%. Then patronised me when I complained
Cannot fault them during the stressful and time pressed conveyancing process. Really effective.
Awful experience. Initial meeting was very abrupt but then over inflated in the bill which I had to request be itemized (I was charged for that too) and the letter which was supposed to be issued was not sent until I chased it 2 weeks later. Calls were not returned and emails werent answered. I repeatedly tried to get in touch to take matters forward and was just ignored - although I was billed for them reading the emails they didnt respond to or action. I was also billed for phone calls and emails which were never made. There was no acknowledgement, explanation or apology for the complete absence of any service just deflection and excuses. The complaints process was equally poor and as others have said patronizing and disingenuous with no interest in putting anything right. This company just added to the stress I was already under. Their only interest is in billing people while doing absolutely nothing in return for your money. Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere.
