I recently sold a property that was a grade 2 listed building so lots of certificates were needed. it took over 7 months and was quite stressful as the buyers solicitors did not move with any speed. However Ashraf Islam and his team did a great job and we finally got there. I would totally recommend Rose & Rose to anyone, in fact I am selling another property and will be using Rose & Rose again.

I had Rose and Rose recommended to me by 3 estate agents, none of whom I was buying a property from and I can totally see why. Ash and Amber took me through the process twice as the first one fell through due to no fault on their part but instead a very poorly run estate agents and the sellers' solicitor just being very difficult. Ash and Amber were utterly faultless both times, explaining things and keeping me so well-informed. I feel very grateful and would highly recommend them and the rest of Rose and Rose to anyone. For context, I viewed my flat in London on the 27th November and was moving in on the 27th Feb. Ash worked so hard on this and I am so thankful.
