I had Rose and Rose recommended to me by 3 estate agents, none of whom I was buying a property from and I can totally see why. Ash and Amber took me through the process twice as the first one fell through due to no fault on their part but instead a very poorly run estate agents and the sellers' solicitor just being very difficult.
