We have used multiple solicitors before and have been lied to about quotes and fees, have had very little help or care and it very much seemed like a "give me your money and i'll do what I can when I can" type of deal with previous solicitors we have worked with. Katy from Neves was absolutely fantastic throughout. There was easily an opportunity for us to end up spending thousands more than we needed to and follow a dead end lease that was totally different from our initial HOT's, but Katy was open and honest and instructed us on what she felt would be the best solution for our organization and consequently, saved us a huge headache, risky tenancy and thousands of pounds. I can't thank Katy and her team enough for the work she done for us and will only be coming to one place for legal assistance in the future.

Another pair of safe hands, which is so important when dealing with contracts and deadlines. They are professionals through and through.
