Dayna Rodrigues is a solicitor in our specialist Employment Law team and primarily advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely. She advises employees and employers on a wide variety of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance situations, redundancy and settlement agreements. Dayna also advises employees and employers and assists members of the team on Employment Tribunal proceedings, including claims relating to race, disability and age discrimination, wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal and represents her clients at preliminary hearings where suitable. Dayna joined Blandy & Blandy in 2024, having trained at a firm in Dorset. She completed the LPC with MSc and GDL at the University of Law, having gained a BA (Hons) Political Science with Philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
