Although I never met Lynsey in person, she was always available at the end of the phone. She was very professional and efficient and made the whole buying process straightforward and painless. Missives were concluded in less than a month, so I could quickly move into my new property.

We were fortunate enough to have Lynsey Pender as our Solicitor for our home purchase and her service was not only brilliant but exceptional.

Lynsey is very experienced in property matters. She is also empathetic and kind.

As migrants and first time buyers, we were clueless about the entire process. Lynsey took the time to clearly explain information to us and respond very kindly to our many questions. She made sure we were well informed of what was going on at times when it seemed a bit silent.

I cannot recommend the firm, and in particular Lynsey Pender more. I am very glad she was our Solicitor.

We used Malcolm Jack & Matheson for our house sale and purchase, and received very professional service from Lynsey Pender throughout the process. She was good at highlighting the material points during the missives process, and happy to have conversations to answer any queries - no additional fees were charged for these calls and they were all considered part of the conveyancing. Overall we were very happy with the service provided. If only all parties' solicitors could have been so responsive!
