I joined Pardoes Solicitors in September 2023 as Head of Personal Injury. I qualified as a Solicitor in July 1990 having been trained at a well regarded national trade union firm Lawford and Co. I joined Simpson Millar another national Trade Union firm in 1993 and became a partner and owner of the business until it’s sale in 2014 whereupon I remained as a consultant to 2018 and from 2020-2023 as a Associate Director of BMA Law ( British Medical Association ) I specialise in Personal Injury and represent victims only .Throughout my career I have worked almost exclusively in the field of Personal injury law including Fatal Accidents, Catastrophic Injury and Industrial disease , including stress and work related upper limb disorder claims . I have considerable experience in acting for clients for whom English is not their first language and for victims injured in North America and Canada , and have acted for many clients from Poland, Ukraine , Latvia , Lithuania and Romania who have suffered injury here in the UK . I have pursued personal injury cases to conclusion in both the County and High Court and to the Court of Appeal. I have been recognised in my field by both Chambers and Legal 500 Directories and for many years I have been a member of APIL.
