We have lived in our home for 60 years and the last five years have been a nightmare, which could have been sorted in the early days easily but turned into a protracted dispute. Pardoes staff - Sophie and Rachel - were friendly and courteous, but we did feel that the process took longer than it should have done and that some tasks could have been done earlier than they were. However, we realise a lot of delay came from the buyer's solicitors. Also, in the period following confirming the completion date, everything did happen very quickly.
