Nigel Kinder was professional, straightforward, efficient and kept me well informed. His advice was clear and good and he showed great understanding of my problem. Received advice that went off-topic and over-budget. We needed advice on the imminent out-of-court settlement but only received advice on a court case that was not to be. Nigel seemed to be have forgotten, as he seemed surprised when we interrupted to remind him it was settling out-of-court. His only advice was 'you can't do anything' after barely any contemplation. Not useful and not worth £5000
