Very satisfied - rapid and fantastic service...
I had a no-fault serious road traffic accident and was hit from the rear - left unconscious and confused and moving from hospital to hospital. Unsure who to turn to. The John Radciffe hospital gave a free leaflet outlining various solicitors. Boyes Turner stood out as being from my home town. Additionally, I was recommended Boyes Turner by a friend. After making contact with them very quickly Lucy came to my aid and called me in hospital and came to visit me. She was very attentive and efficient at taking down the details of the event. From then on she worked behind the scenes and set up an invaluable support network with Karen at HCML which covered all the things that the hospital did not cover; such as getting me free nursing care in a top rehab centre and rapid consultations through the private sector. All along I did not have to dip into my savings. Lucy prepared the process with the third party and in a lightening time achieving me a very generous compensation agreement, whilst allowing time for a proper assessment of the scale of my injuries. I would never have got such a good outcome without Lucy and Boyes Turner.
