I cannot highly enough recommend Lauren Jackson at Edward & Amaury Solicitors. Lauren recently led a complex, three-year financial mis-selling case on my behalf regarding unsuitable investment advice provided by a financial advisor. Her exceptional technical expertise and tireless advocacy resulted in an overwhelming success. Throughout this lengthy process, Lauren was incredibly proactive, driving the strategy forward while keeping me meticulously informed at every stage. When the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) put forward an initial compensation offer, Lauren strongly advised me not to accept it. Instead, she pushed to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, a decision that completely transformed the outcome of my case. Thanks to her resolve and strategic guidance, the final compensation ordered by the Ombudsman was four times greater than the original offer. I invested some money in a company but it went into liquidation shortly after. Edward and Amaury were able to get money back, eventually. I thought I had lost it.

The firm has now handled two financial claims for me concerning pension investment advice and produced very satisfactory results on both occasions. Their fees are very reasonable as I wouldn’t have known how to undertake these claims on my own.
