Following a strong recommendation from my capable estate agent, I have just used the services of Lauren Blackford at GHP Legal to handle three concurrent property transactions during the pandemic, all of which had issues that complicated the sales/purchase processes. I do not suffer fools gladly so I am particularly pleased to report that Lauren (and her colleagues when she was away) was always friendly, diligent, responsive and professional, even when dealing with utter incompetence and tardiness from her opposite numbers. I was particularly pleased to note that despite the extra issues with each property transaction, the firm kept to its quoted price, even though they probably had grounds to charge a little extra. I can wholeheartedly recommend GHP Legal, and Lauren in particular, for, well, as I said before, diligent, responsive and professional conveyancing services. Even though I am now based in the Lake District, if I ever need a conveyancing solicitor again, Lauren will be my first choice for assistance.

Lauren blackford from ghp legal was amazing .our house sale took around 8 weeks. Lauren was So easy to talk to ,very efficient and got back to my questions so quick . I would definitely be using her again for future moves :) the team at ghp took there time to explain things to me if i was unsure on what stages we were up to.The receptionist was so friendly , thankyou for everything Emily Morris and Jonathan Edwards
