We used W and AS Bruce on recommendation of a family member who had used them previously. The introduction and first steps were very easy, and a rough price on expected invoice given. This was very helpful to know upfront. This was our first time purchasing a home so our knowledge wasn’t good in this area. Annie kept us up to date on all stages of the process and always let us know what was happening, and informed us at all times of the next steps and the time frame on these. Annie was available for all and any questions we had(being our first time i’m sure we had many silly questions), any legal jargon she explained to us what it meant. The whole house purchase went exactly as she proposed it would and on the initial chosen sale date, and the price came in under the price projection given. Any similar circumstances in the future I would use W and AS Bruce/Annie in the future. Thank you for helping us become home owners.
