Not the most salubrious of locations but it doesn’t matter. Even a judge has believed him now the evidence has been aired. Now the man possesses a ‘lives with’ order for the children and approved relocation and schooling plans. Importantly, there is an agreed contact plan for the children to see their mother regularly, albeit under supervision. They are safe and can flourish. That man is me. The person who carried me through this is Shabana. Thank you Shabana.

I cannot recommend Shabana from Shortlands Solicitors highly enough. I spent hours upon hours searching for the perfect law firm with extensive knowledge in complex family court issues regarding a child arrangement order. I then came across Shortlands and was really impressed by Shabana. I immediately got in touch and the entire team were very hands on from the beginning and supportive emotionally. At this point I had not seen my son for almost a year. I did not think I’d get a chance at custody with the false allegations my ex wife kept throwing into the midst however, with Shabana’s legal knowledge and the barristers instructed by Shabana, I won. It has now been almost a year since I gained some custody of my son again. He is thriving and so is my relationship with him.
