    Military hearing loss claim

    I started my claim over 3 years ago and have now signed my authority for a settlement. Yes it’s a long process, however the MOD is a big business, so big respect to the team at baker-Coleman who are battling to get us our compensation. Thank you to phoebie who has been dealing with my claim and kept me informed thank you. To all the negative comments on here I would say be grateful to this team of lawyers, because if you have served in the military and have been into battle then you know what’s it’s like to have to go through the pain and hopefully come out the other end. My point is these guys are going into battle on your behalf, so be patient and you might just come out the other end with a win. Thank you baker Coleman for standing alongside side me. Best regards

    Unprofessional dishonesty

    I have never come across a more unprofessional and frankly dis-honest organisation in my life!! I would NOT recommend anyone use this firm. Especially any Military Veterans for hearing loss. I had my hearing test done I provided them with all my work history. HMRC confirmed my records. All I was supposed to need now was a 10 minute phone call from a specialist hearing professional. I was told it would be a few days too a week. It been 5 months!! I called about it 3 months ago only to be told my case handler (Hassan) that he would chase them up. I phoned again this morning another 2 months later. To be told that he would chase them up!!!! I believe this is a proper one man band operation. I don't even think that there is a qualified solicitor in the "firm" I've spoken with paralegals with far more knowledge and definitely far more professional than this shower. I am now reporting them to the law society. Seriously DO NOT USE they are utterly use-less
