Unprofessional dishonesty
I have never come across a more unprofessional and frankly dis-honest organisation in my life!!
I would NOT recommend anyone use this firm.
Especially any Military Veterans for hearing loss.
I had my hearing test done I provided them with all my work history. HMRC confirmed my records. All I was supposed to need now was a 10 minute phone call from a specialist hearing professional. I was told it would be a few days too a week.
It been 5 months!! I called about it 3 months ago only to be told my case handler (Hassan) that he would chase them up.
I phoned again this morning another 2 months later. To be told that he would chase them up!!!!
I believe this is a proper one man band operation. I don't even think that there is a qualified solicitor in the "firm" I've spoken with paralegals with far more knowledge and definitely far more professional than this shower.
I am now reporting them to the law society.
Seriously DO NOT USE they are utterly use-less
